What happens if something is not right

A five-star average is only worth something if you know what happens on the day it does not go to plan. This is what we commit to.

You pay after, not before. No deposit. If the work is not finished to your satisfaction on the day, you have not paid for it. A 10-year written warranty on the door and the seal, handed over on completion. Our own engineer, every time. DBS-checked and insured, never a subcontractor, and never a salesperson on the doorstep. An honest no. If we cannot convert your bath, we say so before anyone books anything.
